Ingredients:

  • 1 unit of shortcrust pastry (if you prefer, use puff pastry)
  • 3 pears
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 40 g honey
  • 20 g of walnuts
  • Honey for finishing
  • Fresh rosemary for finishing
  • Nuts for finishing

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, crumble the goat cheese and add the honey and chopped walnuts. Mix well with a fork. Set aside.
  2. Unroll the dough and, without removing the baking paper, place it directly into a baking tin. Add the cheese mixture and leave 2 centimetres of the edge free. Fold the edge inwards and make pleats around the tart.
  3. Cut the pears into thin vertical slices and arrange them in the center of the dough. Drizzle with a little honey.
  4. Place the pie in the oven at 180ºC and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden.
  5. Remove the tart from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey and scatter with rosemary leaves and walnut pieces before serving.

Enjoy!
