Oven-roasted cauliflower

Are you always unsure how to use the cauliflower in your basket? We can help! Here's a tasty, healthy, and lighter suggestion that can be served as a side dish or a main course! Plus, it's really easy and practical to make. Let's get started?

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of dried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings : pomegranate seeds, parsley, crushed walnuts with Parmesan cheese and herbs.

Wash the cauliflower head thoroughly. Mix the olive oil, paprika, dried garlic, cumin, turmeric, mustard, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the cauliflower head and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) in a dish covered with aluminum foil for 45-50 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15 minutes (the time may vary depending on the oven). Remove and let cool. To finish, add the pomegranates, chopped parsley, and the mixture of walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.
