Ingredients:
- 1 unit of shortcrust pastry (if you prefer, use puff pastry)
- 3 pears
- 200 g goat cheese
- 40 g honey
- 20 g of walnuts
- Honey for finishing
- Fresh rosemary for finishing
- Nuts for finishing
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, crumble the goat cheese and add the honey and chopped walnuts. Mix well with a fork. Set aside.
- Unroll the dough and, without removing the baking paper, place it directly into a baking tin. Add the cheese mixture and leave 2 centimetres of the edge free. Fold the edge inwards and make pleats around the tart.
- Cut the pears into thin vertical slices and arrange them in the center of the dough. Drizzle with a little honey.
- Place the pie in the oven at 180ºC and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey and scatter with rosemary leaves and walnut pieces before serving.
Enjoy!
