
Who said apples can only be eaten in desserts? Well, they are very versatile and this apple vinaigrette is perfect to spice up your meals!
Ana Sofia shows us an incredible way to use the apples you have at home and surprise everyone with this refreshing and healthy vinaigrette.

Vegetarian or vegan - Vegan
Ingredients
2 medium apples
1/2 chopped onion
1 bunch of chopped coriander
Sesame seeds (optional)
Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 teaspoon agave
1 teaspoon mustard
Juice of 1/2 orange
Drops of lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Wash the apples well and cut them into cubes. Place them in a bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice, mix.
- Chop the onion and coriander and add to the apple.
- In a bowl, add the orange juice, olive oil, agave, mustard and vinegar. Mix well and add pepper and salt.
- Add the sauce to the apples and mix well.
- Finish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
