INGREDIENTS
- 120 g of flour.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 100 g of cottage cheese.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda .
- 235 ml of buttermilk.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 lime (zest).
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
PREPARATION
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, baking soda, salt, lime zest and poppy seeds.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and cream cheese with the buttermilk. Add the liquids to the solids and mix everything together.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it with a little butter.
- When hot, pour a shallow ladle of soup onto each pancake.
- When bubbles start to appear on the surface, turn and cook on the other side.
- Serve with jam and honey.
