1. Exercise regularly.

Exercise is one of the most important variables to combat a sedentary lifestyle and adopt healthy habits. Exercising is essential to maintain physical and mental health. Try to include different activities, such as walking, running, swimming, yoga or weight training. Even if you don't go to the gym or exercise regularly, you can set other goals. For example, stand up for 5 to 10 minutes every half hour of work to spare your body and improve your posture, or at least every hour. If you work from home, start with a walk at the end of the day.

2. Get enough sleep:
