Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 cups of ice water

Cut the celery, cucumber, and apple into pieces. Grate the ginger and squeeze the juice of one lemon. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice water and blend again. Serve this refreshing celery, lemon, and cucumber juice and enjoy its health benefits.
